How to look like you got 8 hours of sleep

Well you could just ACTUALLY get 8 hours of sleep, but if not, here are some hacks we ALL need after the holidays.


  • Wash your face: A clean, fresh, bright, glowing face is key to a not-so-tired look.

  • Use ice: Take an ice cube, wrap a towel around it, and move it around your face, it will really help with blood circulation and make your eyes look woke.

  • Massage your face: Do some facial exercises that also do help with blood flow and making your face look refreshed and less puffy. You could use your fingers or a face roller that makes your skin absorb your moisturizer better!

  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!: Water makes your skin glow, glowing skin= slept 8 hours. As simple as that, water makes you look awake and when you're dehydrated, all the lines and wrinkles pop up, so hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

  • Fake it with makeup: It's the easiest solution, but also causes damage. Try not to go for a heavy look, instead, go for a natural, simple one.

I would personally recommend to go for an ice facial and drink a cup of coffee, let that caffeine kick in!
