The perfect summer smoothie!

It's sweet, it's healthy, it's filled with fiber, four ingredients, and most importantly... it's the perfect drink for summer!


My journey to find the perfect smoothie has come to an end, I've tried many, many smoothies, but they were all lacking something, they were just regular smoothies, nothing special about them.

Luckily, one day when I was eating passion fruit, I realized that this is what I'm missing!

Now, some people may find passion fruit too sweet or sour, but trust me, when it all blends together, it's immaculate!

The thing is that, I didn't have enough passion fruits left for me to make a smoothie, so one day when I went grocery shopping I found frozen passion fruit seeds! - Which is obviously way better than fresh ones for many reasons, One, they'll last longer because they are frozen, two, it's only the seeds that are frozen, not the whole passion fruit, three, it's way cheaper than fresh ones!

So, let's get to the point, passion fruit is the best.

No honestly, It's rich with antioxidants and vitamins!

It's filled with Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin B6, and B3!



  1. Frozen blueberries - 1/2 cup

  2. Frozen mangos - 1/2 cup

  3. Frozen Passion fruit seeds - 4 cubes (usually come in small cubes)

  4. Some sort of milk - 1 cup

Calories: 30kcal/serving

Time to make: 10min

First things first, get your fruits in the blender, add the milk, and mix it all up!

You can add other fruits to your liking too, like strawberries, raspberries, etc.

Make sure it's blended well, passion fruit seeds are quite hard to blend so they won't be fully mashed.

For toppings you can add some seeds for extra benefits, or some fresh fruits!
